Selling Sunset season 7: Release date, cast and latest news
The new season is almost here!
The real estate agents at The Oppenheim Group are back for another season of Selling Sunset, and the launch is just around the corner.
This November, twin bosses Jason and Brett and the ever-glamorous OG girlies will return to our screens.
Last season ended with Heather Rae El Moussa's baby shower, and Chrishell Stause hinting that she could be taking a break from real estate to focus on her relationship with rapper G Flip.
We also saw tension reach fever pitch between Nicole Young and Chrishell after the latter made some accusations against Young.
Meanwhile, Chelsea Lazkani just couldn't get on board with newbie Bre Tiesi - who is mother to one of rapper Nick Cannon's 12 children and has described their relationship as "complicated".
And judging by a preview at the end of season six, it looks like there's lots more drama on the way!
As we wait for Selling Sunset to return, here's everything you need to know about season, including the release date, cast news and what to expect.
Selling Sunset season 7 release date
CONFIRMED: Selling Sunset season 7 starts on Netflix on Friday 3rd November.
Episodes will be available to stream from 8am.
Netflix announced the news on X, previously known as Twitter.
Sharing the official promo photo, they wrote: "Do you spy drama in that reflection? Selling Sunset returns November 3!"
Seasons 1-6 are currently available to watch on Netflix if you need to catch up before the next instalment.
Selling Sunset season 7 cast: who is returning?
Judging by the new promo, we can expect to see Jason Oppenheim and his brother Brett back, as well as Chelsea Lazkani, Amanza Smith, Mary Fitzgerald, Emma Hernan, and Chrishell Stause.
Bre Tiesi and Nicole Young, who were new additions to the show in season 6, will also be returning.
Some fans may have noticed that Heather was missing from the new photo, as filming started just after the birth of her son Tristan.
During an interview with E! News in March 2023, Heather Rae El Moussa said: “Season 7 is filming right now, but I've been off on maternity leave and I've been excited to get back to work.
"So far I have not been called back. It's been a little frustrating. So [I'm] not sure what's been going on."
What could happen in Selling Sunset season 7?
As always with the real estate show, drama is never far away from the glamorous cast – and season 7 certainly looks like it will have a lot of tense moments!
It seems there’s some unresolved issues following Jason Oppenheim and Chrishell Stause’s split. Jason, 46, started dating 25-year-old model Marie-Lou Nurk and Chrishell is married to Australian artist G Flip, but there may still be some issues between them.
Marie-Lou and Jason haven't been pictured together since earlier this year, nor have they shared any photos of one another in a while. In August, Marie-Lou shared a carousel of pictures of her and a mystery man. She captioned the photo with a white love-heart emoji. The pictures led fans to question the model, with one writing: "What about Jason?" So, that could possibly be a plot line.
Meanwhile, Bre Tiesi is back with more celebrity clients, but that also won’t be all she brings to the table! Last season, Chelsea Lazkani couldn’t get on board with Bre’s unconventional relationship with her baby daddy Nick Cannon, who has 12 children by six women. Will they have resolved these issues, or is there more drama yet to come?
There's also the Nicole and Chrishell drama, which doesn't look like it's dying down.

During season 6, the girls locked horns as tensions hit boiling point in Palm Springs when Chrishell accused Nicole of being on drugs. Nicole denied the accusations and was proved to be innocent with a drug test, so season 7 will follow the aftermath of their rivalry.
In happier news, Heather’s baby was born in January 2023, however, it's not known if she'll make an appearance. Fingers crossed!
